Hello there! My name is Yosman and I am the founder/broker behind Prime Nest Realty, Inc. The purpose of my website is to inspire and encourage people to live and work in Southern California by exploring local real estate trends and educating buyers and sellers on the real estate market.

I started my professional career as a Computer Science Engineer before transferring my passion for Real Estate and homeownership. I graduated from University of Redlands with a degree in Computer Science and from UC Irvine with a degree in Advanced Software Technologies, and bring a well-rounded skill set to serve as your real estate advocate. I am professionally trained in business transactions, market analysis, and project management, and have worked in high stress environments in Los Angeles and Orange County. I currently reside in the Inland Empire with my wife and three kids.

I have dedicated 14 years to the Real Estate Industry and continues to work with the same fervor as when I began my career. In my free time I love to travel and expend time with my family. Whether itโ€™s planning a new destination, or creating memories with my family, I execute everything I do with precision, love and care. I am extremely organized and work hard to deliver the best results. I take pride in staying current with market trends, internalizing my clientโ€™s needs, effectively marketing homes for sale, and successfully negotiating closes.
